Bends are available in T304 stainless steel and mild steel tube - Mandrel or press bends. Straight tube is also available. Most of our bends are available on centreline radius of 1 1/2" but may be available in other sizes on request.

The more bends you buy, the better the price. Please call us if you require a different leg/tail length We only list the basic 45,75 and 90 degrees but other angles are available on request. If you prefer you can either fax or email us a drawing with your required dimensions, inside or outside diameters plus your telephone number and we will call you back. If we are unable to help you we will still call you back.

 

MANDREL BENDS AND PRESS BENDS?

MANDREL BENDS:

• Mandrel bending can create a bend much tighter and improve the appearance of bend.
• Maintains the same I/D all the way through the bends.
• This bend is internally supported while bending hence no squashed indent on the curve.
• Most of our bends are available on centreline radius of 1 1/2" D but may be available in other sizes on request.

PRESS BENDS

1. Press bending creates a squashed/pressed curve.
2. This bend is not internally supported while in the bending machine, hence the pressed/squashed curve.
